So, If you train for 1h/day that equals roughly 4% of your time that day. If you train 5 times a week, that equals roughly 1% of your life.
What are you choosing to do with you time? To become a GOAT isn’t about working out 3 times a day in the gym for 2h/session. A GOAT is to have the mentality, that for the 60 or whatever minute you manage to set aside for your training; get the best outcome possible!
Make sure that every rep is counted for, that focus is there for every movement making sure the best possible pattern follows for the next rep and the set after that and the session after that.
