Due to popular demand from our senior citizens during the pandemic we’ve decided to restart the Senior Sessions with full respect and guidance from the government and authorities.
In our Senior (65+) Sessions we adapt the training to your level within the group so you get to exercise based on your own conditions together with others under the supervision of our coaches.
The location and time schedule can be found below.
We will hold these classes outdoors and limit the number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel the event if the rules are not followed.
- Event is limited to 12 people.
- Event will be held in a large enough location in order for social distancing.
- If you feel sick or have any symptoms you should not participate.
- If you are older than 70 years it’s not recommend that you participate due to being in a higher risk-group.
- Keep a safe distance of at least 2 meters to the other participants.
- Bring your own water bottle and towel.
